DEVELOPMENT DRAFT · NOT LAUNCH TERMS
A bounded pilot is not a public launch.
These statements document the current engineering boundary. They are not accepted consumer terms, legal advice, or a general offer of financial services.
No entity, launch jurisdiction, governing law, complaints process, or consumer terms have been approved.
Permitted current use
- Bounded native-ETH payments on Robinhood Chain mainnet through a verified RelayZero phone account and activated smart wallet.
- SMS transfers only within the user-approved transaction, daily, lifetime, and fee caps, after an exact expiring confirmation.
- Offline packet preparation and transport do not constitute settlement; a connected relay and mainnet confirmation are still required.
- Security testing only against systems and data you own or have explicit permission to test.
- No autonomous, unlimited, custodial, brokerage, exchange, or app-store service is authorized by this draft.
Custody and recovery boundary
- The user controls the recovery phrase and local approval credential.
- The product has no recovery administrator, escrow key, chargeback, transaction reversal, or ability to freeze a blockchain address.
- A relay is required for blockchain submission; offline signing does not mean offline settlement.
Financial-function boundary
Swaps are non-executable drafts. There is no token, exchange, brokerage, leverage, perpetual, bridge, bank account, gift-card, fee-sharing, revenue-sharing, or autonomous-spending product.
Unresolved launch terms
Specialist counsel must decide operator identity, territorial scope, applicable crypto-asset and transfer-of-funds treatment, sanctions/AML duties, consumer disclosures, liability, dispute resolution, tax, privacy, and export controls before launch terms can be offered.
