    Create or connect a recovery wallet. Secret material stays encrypted on this device.

    Bind one phone identity to the owner wallet through a non-spending signature.

    Approve hard limits

    Deploy the bounded SMS wallet with transaction, daily, lifetime, and fee caps.

    Fund the SMS wallet

    Move only the ETH intended for SMS-controlled spending into the smart wallet.

    Address a registered phone or an exact 0x recipient from the verified number.

Permission without custody.

The SMS executor receives a narrow on-chain permission. It cannot raise caps, replace the owner, recover the wallet, or move recovery-wallet funds.
